Pricing
Pay per camera, per month. The price depends on how long recordings are kept, which you set for each camera. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where applicable, is added at checkout.

| up to 3 days | $3 / month | $2 / month |
| up to 7 days | $5 / month | $3 / month |
| up to 14 days | $7 / month | $4.50 / month |
| up to 30 days | $10 / month | $6 / month |

A live-only camera, with no recording, is $2 / month regardless of retention.
How billing works
- You prepay a balance. Each day a camera is connected, even for a minute, it is charged one day of its monthly price (the monthly price divided by the number of days in the month, UTC). A camera connected for two days and deleted on the third is charged for three days.
- That is the only charge: no setup fees, no hidden extras.
- Top up by hand, or turn on an optional monthly plan: Paddle charges the amount you choose once a month and it goes to your balance. Change the amount or cancel anytime in Billing; a canceled plan ends at the end of the month you paid for.
- Retention and recording mode are set per camera: keep one camera for a month, another for a week, and only watch a third. Change them at any time; the current day is charged at the higher of the two prices, the new price applies from the next day.
- Motion-only recording is cheaper than continuous: only segments with motion are stored, with a few seconds before and after.
- New accounts get $5 of free credit.
- If your balance goes below zero, recording continues for 3 more days, then pauses. Existing recordings are kept for the retention you paid for.
Top-ups are from $10 to $5,000. Refunds — see the refund policy.
